All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.

If you are missing an item or the item you receive is damaged, please contact us and we will send you a replacement free of charge. You must notify us within 48 hours of the shipment's arrival.

To return your product, please email us at support@alphasupps.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to do so. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund was approved or denied.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if shipping an item worth more than $75. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified time frame.

Our policy is valid for 14 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after your purchase. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it to be eligible for a return. The protection seal must not be broken. 

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will only be refunded for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
